2. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product names, images, sizes, fragrance descriptions, availability, and prices are accurate.

Fragrance performance and scent perception may vary from person to person. Product images may also appear slightly different depending on your screen.

All products are subject to availability. We may correct inaccurate information, update product details, or discontinue products without prior notice.

Where a product is described as “inspired by” another fragrance or brand, it is not an original product of, or affiliated with, that brand unless expressly stated otherwise. Brand names are used only for identification and comparison purposes.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), unless otherwise stated.

Prices, delivery charges, discounts, and promotional offers may change. The price applicable to your order will be the price shown at checkout or confirmed by us.

We may accept payment through:

  • Cash on delivery

  • Mobile financial services

  • Bank transfer

  • Card or online payment gateway

An order is confirmed only after successful payment confirmation or confirmation by Sable Saffron Fragrance.

4. Orders and Order Cancellation

Please provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information when placing an order.

We may contact you to verify an order. We may cancel an order if:

  • The product is unavailable

  • The listed price or product information contains an obvious error

  • The delivery information is incomplete or incorrect

  • Payment cannot be verified

  • We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, we will arrange a refund through an appropriate payment method.

Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched by contacting us at [phone/email]. Cancellation requests after dispatch may not be accepted.

5. Delivery

We deliver within selected areas of Bangladesh through third-party courier or delivery partners.

Estimated delivery times and delivery charges will be communicated during checkout or order confirmation. Delivery times may vary because of weather, holidays, courier delays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers must provide a reachable phone number and complete delivery address. Additional delivery charges may apply if a parcel must be re-delivered because the customer was unavailable or provided incorrect information.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, sprayed, altered, or damaged fragrance products generally cannot be returned or exchanged.

A return or exchange request may be accepted for:

  • The wrong product being delivered

  • A product arriving damaged or leaking

  • A missing item

  • A product that materially differs from the confirmed order

Please contact us within [24/48 hours] of delivery at [phone/email] and provide your order number, photographs, and an unboxing video where available.

Approved returns must be unused, securely packaged, and returned according to our instructions. We may inspect the product before approving an exchange or refund.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method. Delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the error was caused by Sable Saffron Fragrance.

This policy does not limit any rights available to customers under applicable Bangladesh law.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect the parcel when possible. If the package appears damaged, leaking, opened, or incorrect, contact us immediately.

We will investigate the matter with the delivery partner and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, exchange, or refund.

8. Customer Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for the activity carried out through your account.

You must provide truthful and current information. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms.
